Three Dimensional Dissolved Oxygen Model Integrated with 3D Hydrodynamic Model and Graphical Information System (GIS)
Model Description
MuDO3D is a software to simulate Dissolved Oxygen (DO), BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), NBOD, Salinity and Temperature. The program is developed in Windows operation system and integrated with Graphical Information System (GIS). The hydrodynamic model called MuHydro3D is also applied in this model to simulate elevation and water speed from the downstream river to the open sea.
